The PMG Direct Childcare Fund contributes to the education of young New Zealanders through the acquisition of recently built, quality childcare centres, while providing a secure and stable income for investors due to the long-term leases of the experienced childcare operators running these centres.

The property is a purpose-built childcare facility in the growing township of Rolleston, located 30 minutes’ drive southwest of central Christchurch.
Constructed in 2017, on 3,080sqm of land, the 629sqm property features concrete flooring, timber framing, weatherboard cladding, double glazed joinery, and timber decking. It includes an infant room, under twos room with sleep area, four and older spaces, administration area and 32 car parks.
Tenant Three Trees Learning, owned by Education Hub Limited, is an experienced operator with a strong early childhood education background. It has a Ministry of Education licence for 130 children.
In June 2019, the centre received an award of merit for outstanding design in the Education Category at the Property Council of NZ National Awards.
The property is in a residential area between Silverdale, Red Beach and Orewa, and is 33 kilometres north of Auckland CBD.
Completed in February 2019, the 715sqm property sits on 1,584sqm of land, featuring steel framing, concrete and weatherboard cladding, coloursteel roof and ample natural light enhanced by the voids on the first floor. It includes several separated indoor play areas, associated sleeping rooms, kitchen and office. Outside, there’s a large play area with covered decking and 21 car parks.
Tenant Nurture Early Learning Limited Partnership sets high standards within the New Zealand sector. It has a Ministry of Education licence for 80 children.
The property was recently built in the outskirts of Blenheim and is located near several primary schools.
Completed in April 2019, the 450sqm property sits on 2,290sqm of land in the Omaka Landing subdivision. It features concrete foundations and flooring, timber-framed walls, weatherboard cladding and a profiled steel roof. Located in Pukekohe, one of Auckland’s fasted growing areas, the centre is close to main arterial route Puni Road, and provides ease of access to Pukekohe town centre two kilometres away.
It will be a 444sqm property on 1,830sqm of land, accommodating to 80 children.
Tenant Conscious Collective was established in 2019, by an experienced operator with 10 years in the sector.
The property is situated in the Ormiston town centre, approximately 20km southeast of Auckland CBD and only 600m from Botany Junction Shopping Centre.
Built in 2017, the 1,721sqm property sits on 5,209sqm of land. Inside, the open-plan layout includes a foyer, kitchen, dining and meeting room, along areas catering to specific age brackets. The property includes 44 car parks.

Tenant ChoiceKids occupies the ground floor, with the office tenancy on level one occupied by the ChoiceKids’ head office and boasts seven offices, a boardroom and amenities, all accessible by the internal stairs or lift. It has a Ministry of Education licence for 150 children.

Tenant Childsteps Early Learning Centre is owned by GMG Trust, an experienced operator in the sector. It is to be licensed by the Ministry of Education for up to 105 children.
The property in Gulf Harbour is approximately 4km from the end of the Whangaparoa Peninsula and 30 minutes’ drive north of Auckland CBD. Additional local amenities include a world-class golf course, one of the country’s largest marinas, and a ferry that operates between Gulf Harbour and downtown Auckland.
Complete in 2021, the 565sqm property sits on 1,927sqm of land and includes 16 car parks.
