An important update on our COVID-19 vaccination policy

To our PMG investors and wider community,

Like many New Zealand businesses, at PMG we have been keeping a close eye on developments in relation to COVID-19, taking measures to protect our staff, investors, tenants, professionals, and suppliers, while keeping the business running smoothly.

As we journey towards a vaccinated Aotearoa together, navigating Alert Levels and emerging vaccination mandates, we know how important it is that we update you on our position on this matter.

In Aotearoa, we have been shielded from many of the devastating effects of COVID-19, and PMG firmly believes that broad vaccination offers the best chance to protect Kiwis from the full impact, by minimising transmission and severe illness from infection.

PMG’s highest priority is the health and well-being of our entire PMG community, so we have carefully considered what role a vaccination policy will play within our business operations to enable us to interact with each other in the safest possible way.

Please see below a summary of our COVID-19 vaccination policy.

In summary:

Staff

• With immediate effect: We require any non-vaccinated employees to restrict their location of work to their regular PMG office.
• Effective from 15 December 2021: Any PMG staff member entering a PMG office or PMG managed site will be required to be fully vaccinated, unless medically exempt, and any new PMG employees will need to be fully vaccinated as a condition of their employment. This policy extends to both onsite and offsite meetings, investor gatherings and work events.

Visitors
Any visitor to any PMG office or PMG event is required to be fully vaccinated. Those not vaccinated or willing to share their vaccination status will be given alternative options where possible.

Contractors
Anyone contracted by PMG to undertake work at a PMG managed site is required to be fully vaccinated.

While we have strong support for vaccinations here at PMG, we understand that some people may not wish to be vaccinated or may not be comfortable sharing their vaccine status. We also recognise that while rare, there are some who have pre-existing health conditions that prevent them from being vaccinated.

We want to assure you that we will continue our support of everyone in the community virtually, where possible, regardless of vaccination status. Our commitment to all our stakeholders remains firm, and what we have learnt over the past 18 months is that the ability to engage and interact does not need to be confined to in-person meetings.
